Appointments
The best way to make an appointment is to call the office directly. You can also send us an e-mail at using the form on our 'Contacts' page. Same-day appointments are often available and we always welcome new paitents.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa/Master Card and Debit Cards. We can also help you get the most out of your major medical insurance with our "Super Bill". Our 'Time of Service' rates are affordable to most. New Patients pay $70 for the initial exam, including treatment. Follow-up visits are $40.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
